Session 2 (Part B) of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment builds on the foundations from Session 1 and focuses on applying your learning in practical settings. During this session, you’ll refine your training and assessment skills, develop assessment tools, and enhance your ability to mentor learners. It’s a chance to put theory into practice, ensuring you're well-equipped to facilitate workplace learning and deliver quality vocational education.

Course Structure

The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is split into two sessions. Session 1 covers essential skills in vocational education and training, while Session 2 allows you to apply those skills in real-world environments. Both sessions are necessary for successful completion of the course.
